3. Wood Bat Grading System

Xylo Sports offers wood baseball bats in three quality categories:

• Standard Series

• Select Series

• Reserve Series

Each series represents a different classification within our wood selection and quality-control process.

While our grading system is designed to distinguish wood characteristics and quality, no wood baseball bat is guaranteed to be unbreakable or to perform identically to another bat.

Wood is a natural material, and individual characteristics may affect durability, appearance, and performance.

Product grading does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, hitting distances, or product lifespan.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom wood bats and personalized products are manufactured or finished according to customer-selected specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order, including model, length, weight, color, finish, engraving, and other selections.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because these products are made specifically for the customer, custom and personalized orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where products arrive defective, are produced incorrectly, or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Xylo Sports reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, and availability without prior notice.

Prices applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively, except where a correction is legally permitted and appropriately communicated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

Custom products may require additional production time.

Xylo Sports is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separately published Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products, including custom and personalized items, may be ineligible for standard returns.

Used wood bats and training equipment are generally not eligible for standard returns.

8. Wood Bat Warranties

Certain Xylo Sports wood bats include limited warranty coverage based on their respective product series.

Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed by the warranty terms applicable to the product at the time of purchase.

Warranty coverage is not a guarantee against all breakage, damage, or normal wear.

Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, photographs, and other reasonable information when submitting a warranty claim.

Xylo Sports reserves the right to review warranty claims and determine eligibility according to the applicable written warranty terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

9. Proper Product Use and Safety

Wood baseball bats may crack, splinter, or break during normal use.

Xylo Sports is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to applicable safety instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

From time to time, Xylo Sports may offer promotional discounts, special pricing, giveaways, or limited-time offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, product exclusions, and quantity limits.
