1 Year Warranty

Our 1 year warranty option covers your custom bat for one year from the date you receive your wood bat. If the wood bat breaks within the 1 year of coverage, Xylo Bats will make a second bat with the same specs and customization as the first bat. The customer must email proof of the break to exchanges@xylobats.com in order to receive their new bat. This warranty option is good for one replacement bat from the original order.
