2 Year Warranty

Our 2 year warranty option covers your custom bat for 2 years from the date you receive your wood bat. If the wood bat breaks within the 2 years of coverage, the customer has the option to change the size of the bat (we understand within two years you or your ball player may be in a different size bat) and the replacement bat will be the same customization as the first bat. The customer must email proof of the break to exchanges@xylobats.com in order to receive their new bat. This warranty option is good for one replacement bat from the original order.
